All of us at Pure Pilates are sensitive to the current need for social distancing and other precautions with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic . We look forward to seeing you in our studio again very soon.
Online Pilates Class List

Live classes from Pure Pilates may be the perfect fit for your schedule.
We understand how hard it can be to find time to workout. We also understand that doing so makes us more prepared and better equipped to handle the rigors of life. We want our live classes to be less like a chore and more like a zoom call with good friends who want the best for you.
You are a unique individual. Let's customize a set of classes just for you.
It is always a good idea to schedule a private session to kickstart your Pilates practice and let us get to know you. We don't want to push you too hard or fail to challenge you. We want to listen to the factors affecting your health and mobility, then find the proper combination of movements that fits your ability and goals while allowing for an overall increase in strength and balance.
