FAQ/Contact Us

What should I wear to the studio?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Snugger clothes allow us to better watch your posture and form. No shoes, socks are optional. Grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio.

What about parking?

We are located at 1371 Gray Drive, Suite 400, at the Grand Traverse Commons. We are near the water tower, next to the restaurant Sugar to Salt at the south of the building closest to the trailhead. Parking anywhere is fine and it’s free!

What is your cancellation policy?

We request 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a charge to your account or package. However, if the Northwestern Michigan College closes due to inclement weather, there is no charge.

What is your purchase policy?

Payment is due at the first session, and can be made online, or via the MindBody app, or in person. Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Purchases are non-refundable, but they never expire and are transferable. We require a credit card on file in advance to confirm your first session.

Does the studio close during inclement weather?

Pure Pilates stays open despite the weather. However, we do offer online options to clients who prefer not to travel to the studio. If Northwestern Michigan College closes due to inclement weather, there is no cancellation charge for missed sessions.
