Teacher Training

Our studio offers a variety of continuing education workshops and training opportunities for Pilates instructors. In December 2024, we hosted two popular STOTT PILATES® workshops: “Matwork with a Fascial Focus” and “Mat-Plus Evolved”. These sessions provided instructors with valuable insights and advanced techniques to enhance their practice and teaching skills. We also  recently completed a “Reformer Intensive Training” as well as “Intensive Mat-Plus  Training.”
