Teacher Training

Our studio offers a variety of continuing education workshops and training opportunities for Pilates instructors.

In December 2024, we hosted two popular STOTT PILATES® workshops: “Matwork with a Fascial Focus” and “Mat-Plus Evolved”. These sessions provided instructors with valuable insights and advanced techniques to enhance their practice and teaching skills. In 2025, we completed “Reformer Intensive Training” as well as “Intensive Mat-Plus  Training.”
